JAMY Methodology


Development process at JAMY Technologies is divided into Eight phases, each progressing to the next sequentially.
  1. Initial Specification
    • Client gives a brief description of the project and gives the initial information about the project.
    • We discuss further to get a clearer picture of the project.
    • We provide a preliminary project cost and development time estimate.
  2. Requirement Analysis
    • Once we received all the requirements from the customer, we will go through it and clarify all the doubts and make a clear picture before we start the project. This will help both the parties to avoid later confusion.
  3. Finalisation of Requirement and Quote
    • Once we freeze the requirement and receive your approval on the Quote, we move on to the Design Phase.
  4. Design Approval
    • We provide you with initial concepts to choose from.
    • We undergo several revisions on the Final Design until you are entirely satisfied with the work.
    • During the entire process of Design and Development, we upload the work on our server, so that you get an actual idea of what it would look like on the Internet.
    • Once we receive the approval of Design from you, we will move to Development Phase, If any.
  5. Project Planning
    • We plan in details the execution of the site. The website or the web aplication is broken down into separate modules.
    • Each module is given a timeline.
  6. Development
    • While we develop the project, we have ongoing coordination with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and to take any changes into account. We seek feedback on a regular basis and integrate this into the development process along with risk and quality management.
  7. Testing
    • Our testing team tests the modules/site for errors rigorously. The errors are identified and sent back to the development team. An error log is maintained to keep record of developer error levels.
  8. Deployment
    • After we receive a quality certificate from our testing team we deploy the website or web application on the live server.
  9. Maintenance and Further Development
    • We provide ongoing maintenance of the solution. If the client needs to add new functionality to the solution developed, the work on the project starts from the first phase.
